Rhodri has a background of over 25 years of experience in retail financial services, in many different positions including roles as a Regulatory Compliance and Conduct Risk Manager for a ‘Big Four’ UK retail bank. This gives him a great deal of practical compliance application experience, through interpreting new and existing regulation s and challenging proposed implementation strategies through a customer and business conduct lens. He joined ICA in 2013.

Educated to Bachelors’ Degree level, and holding the ICA qualifications to Diploma level, his role at ICA focuses upon developing and editing course materials and associated training content required to obtain ICA qualifications to ensure it meets the highest possible standards and is continually revised to keep abreast of industry, regulatory and legislative developments. In addition, Rhodri delivers training at all course levels, including in - house courses tailored to corporate client specifications.
