Apprenticeships can help organisations develop high calibre staff and attract the brightest and most dedicated job seekers.

ICA Certificates, Advanced Certificates are available as Apprenticeships in England, featuring in the Level 3 Compliance and Risk Officer and the ICA Diploma courses feature in Level 6 Senior Compliance and Risk Specialist.

Apprentices can:

• make an immediate contribution to the business, whilst learning on the job and gaining industry-recognised qualifications
• gain skills like delivering services, analysis & problem solving, communicating & influencing, teamwork and personal development
• be 100% funded using the apprenticeship levy (England only).
