End Point Assessment Organisation (EPAO)

ICA is an End Point Assessment Organisation (EPAO) working with training providers and employers to deliver high quality, robust End Point Assessment across a range of apprenticeships. We are part of the leading professional body for the regulatory and financial crime compliance community.

Our internal Quality Assurance processes and large pool of current senior industry practitioners and subject matter experts ensure our assessments are robust, relevant and reflect current industry practice.

We ensure all apprentices are assessed in a manner that is fair and reliable with our easy to understand and transparent assessment processes. We provide extensive guidance to employers, training providers and apprentices so all participants are fully informed as to what to expect and how best to prepare for the assessment.

Become an ICA Assessor

Are you an industry and subject-matter expert, and looking to become an end-point assessor?

We provide assessors with all the training and support required to become an end-point assessor, as well as a structured CPD programme.

There are several flexible opportunities on freelance basis contracts, which allow you to fit end-point assessment around your existing employment and other commitments.

EPA Provider Fees

We ensure that we offer fair and competitive fees to our customers.

We take into account the level of assessment and the number of individual parts that make up the EPA when calculating the fee.

We can offer discounts to our standard fees based on volume of apprentices

We invoice for 10% of the fee at the point of registration, with the remainder invoiced for after the EPA has been completed.

Resit fees are charged at a reduced rate and applied only to the individual element(s) that were failed.
